The live product

Monday morning: the deal that needs you, with the email drafted.

The first item in Monday's Daily Brief in the demo workspace, read the way you would read it. Its evidence is the deal's own record: the stage, the activity and the contacts. Left alone, a deal like this gets defended on the forecast call instead of fixed.

  1. Signal

BAE Systems, a $115K deal owned by Liam O'Brien, is flagged first.

  2. Evidence

Sitting in the same stage longer than it should, no activity in 21+ days, one contact.

  3. Interpretation

The same pattern runs across Liam's pipeline, so it is structural, not about this deal.

  4. The move

Executive intervention this week, not next.

  5. Drafted for you

They connect

Can you run Management OS and Gong together?

Yes. A Gong administrator approves the connection once. When a call ends, Gong tells Management OS, which reads the call: who was on it and when, how long it ran, the account and deal Gong links it to, its topics, talk time and questions, and tracked keywords such as a competitor's name. The only thing it adds in Gong is that notification hook (a webhook subscription), removed when you disconnect.

  1. Connect your CRM

    Read-only, in about 5 minutes.

  2. Connect Gong

Your Gong administrator approves it once.

  3. Ask about an account

The answer can draw on its recent Gong calls, with the CRM.
