For revenue leaders who already use ChatGPT or Claude
The model read every book on selling. It never sat in the room.
Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini are brilliant, and blank on your business. Management OS adds what they can't have alone: your data, a method built on graded practice, and an operator who has done the job.
Management OS reads your CRM and calendar, grades every open deal on what the buyer has confirmed, and tells you the next move, in the app or inside Claude and ChatGPT.
Could you build this with ChatGPT or Claude? For a pipeline summary, yes. The harder question: why three deals stalled, and what the manager should do. Watch on YouTube (opens in a new tab)

Every screen here is the live product, on our demo workspace, Cipher Atlas. Its CRM uses real company names as accounts; none of those companies is a Management OS customer.
What a model can reach on its own
Can't I just use ChatGPT or Claude?
For a summary, yes. Given only your notes, a model has to take the rep's word that the box is checked, and it has no standard for what counts as evidence unless you bring one.
Connect a model to your CRM and it can read the records too. You still supply the standard, and the rhythm that brings the deal back to you on Monday. Management OS grades each part of a deal from 0 to 4 on evidence: 0 absent, 1 seller belief, 2 buyer acknowledged, 3 validated and documented, 4 buyer-verified.
Ask a model to read your deal. Then ask Management OS.
Feature
A general model, given only the notes
Management OS
What it can give you
A summary of the notes you paste, and the gaps when you ask for them. With no rubric, there is no grade and no rule that holds the deal back.
The same notes, scored on the Opportunity OS rubric: a grade for each dimension on the 0 to 4 evidence scale.
Champion and coach
Only what the notes claim. Without a test for a champion, it can't tell one from a coach.
1 · seller belief. A coach until they take an ask they'd refuse if they didn't own it.
Economic buyer
It can point out that none is named.
0 · absent. Unidentified, so a hard zero.
Critical event and urgency
It can't tell whose date year-end is unless the notes say.
1 · seller belief. Year-end is the seller's date. The buyer hasn't named one.
The call
Your call, or its view if you ask for one.
Gate: does not advance.
Next move
Suggestions, when asked.
Drafted: the one email that tests the champion and surfaces the economic buyer this week.
Illustrative example: a fictitious deal and notes, written to show the difference a standard makes. The left column describes what any general model has to work with when it is given only the notes; it is not a test of a named model. No real customer's deal is shown.
A deal nobody grades stays in your commit until the week it slips. Management OS scores every open deal on one rubric that brings together the qualification frameworks your team already uses, and the rep's word alone scores as seller belief.
“But I'll just wire up a swarm of agents”
An army of agents on a raw model is volume without judgment.
You can point a dozen agents at a raw model and get more briefs, scores and suggestions, none of them graded against what your buyer actually said. Deal reads in Claude and ChatGPT are graded on the 0 to 4 evidence scale, and the app scores every open deal on the same 15-dimension rubric.
Grounded in your records. Wired to your CRM, calendar, email, meetings and the public web. Answers separate what the CRM shows from what public sources say.
A master's method, under lock and key. The Opportunity OS rubric and 17 sales competencies: one rubric for every deal.
An operating rhythm that follows through. 59 automations on watch: a brief every morning, alerts when something needs you and answers on demand.

“We already live in Claude and ChatGPT”
Does Management OS work inside ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. Keep your assistant, and give it a standard.
If you paste deal notes into a chat today, keep doing it. Management OS works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini, and in agents built on them. Ask for a deal read in the chat you already have open: it scores the deal on the same evidence scale, shows the evidence behind each grade, and hands back the forecast call, the risks and the next moves.
Ask “is the Acme deal real?” in Claude and you get the grade, the evidence and the next move, with no new tab to open.
Try it on your own pipeline, or from your assistant.
The app reads your CRM read-only, and your first brief lands in about 15 minutes. The guide shows how to add Management OS to the assistant you already use.
Card required. Cancel before day 30 and pay nothing.
Connecting an assistant needs a Management OS account on a plan with agent use (an agent plan, or an app package with Agent Access) and an assistant that supports remote MCP servers. The setup guide covers each assistant.

The rubric a model can't download exists because Jason Mesiarik led revenue teams at Perle, Evolv and Verizon Business, trained the people who run them, and was inducted into Training Magazine's Hall of Fame. You get that standard applied to your deals, every morning.
Results Jason led as an operator, using the method Management OS now runs. They are his results, not Management OS customer results.

Questions
Using Management OS with ChatGPT and Claude
What does Management OS add to a frontier model?
Your data and a method. It reads your CRM, calendar and recorded calls, scores every deal on one 15-part rubric that combines the qualification methods your team already uses, and runs 59 automations on by default, so the answer comes from your business, with nothing to paste in.
What is the Opportunity OS rubric?
The deal scorer behind Management OS: 15 dimensions, each with 5 evidence criteria, so 75 scored elements, each graded from 0 (absent) to 4 (buyer-verified). It consolidates the leading qualification frameworks, MEDDPICC, PPVVC+C, SPICED and eleven others, into one standard.
What does the assistant connection share with Management OS?
Only what the assistant sends in a tool call: the deal or rep details and the evidence for that request, never your conversation history. The evidence is used for that call only, and the read that comes back is kept for up to 24 hours so a retried request gets the same answer. No training on customer data.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes to connect a CRM, and your first brief in about 15 minutes. Card required. Cancel before day 30 and pay nothing.
