Free templates for revenue leaders

Three templates for the meetings that run a revenue team: a forecast call agenda, the questions for a deal review, and a 30/60/90-day plan for a new CRO or VP of Sales. Each one is free to copy, prints cleanly and pairs with a guide that explains the thinking behind it.

Forecast call agenda

A forecast call commits one number and names the deals behind it. This 45-minute agenda has managers send their call before the meeting, spends most of the time testing commit deals against evidence, and ends with three decisions: the number, the deals the leader steps into, and the actions with owners.

Deal review questions

A deal review tests one deal against what the buyer has said and done, then agrees the next step. These questions cover six things: who is buying, why they would act now, what steps are left, what else they could do, what evidence there is, and the single next step with a date the buyer has agreed.

CRO 30/60/90-day plan

A new CRO's first 90 days run in three stages. Days 1 to 30 are for learning: the CEO and CFO, the board's expectations, every manager and live deals. Days 31 to 60 set the standard and the weekly rhythm. Days 61 to 90 are for the decisions on people, pipeline and priorities, reported back with a plan.

These templates are the meetings of a sales management operating system. Management OS runs them on your own CRM data.
